Hi everyone :wave: AI Art and Merging of Folders AI ART @OnceUponAManip is a group for Photomanipulations therefore there is no room for AI art. A photomanipulation is two or more PHOTOGRAPHS merged together to make a new image. The definition can be found on our homepage: What is a photomanipulation. Photomanipulations: Category Overview We have also added a new rule to our Guidelines and Rules: We don't accept work that has been created using AI software. The images must be original so that credit can be given to the artist providing that stock. FOLDERS We are also merging the folders Manipulations and Mixed Media as the difference can be somewhat confusing. Never, in my almost 10 years here on deviantart did I make a journal like this. I was about to not write it, but I hate injustices and hypocritical people. Besides that I wouldn't want you to happen the same he did to me and other people. A few weeks ago I was making a video about journals to explain something to a friend who didn't know how to do it from a group, I wanted to use my own group as an example, so I started recording what I was doing on the screen, but I saw something particular, the front of the group was not as I had left it, I saw that one of the contributors wrote a journal feature. I thought: Oh, ok... It seemed strange to me because on this group nobody posts journals, we are all busy people but we love to share our art. Hi everyone, talking with artists about art thief, a friend gave me the idea to create this journal. I wanted to post this journal earlier but I spent all night until this morning reporting sites with my stolen art. Lot of sites sharing, selling and spoiling my art, I know I'm not the only one... I'm really mad with this "wave of art thief" on "openshit". I don't know how it works, but why only check on openshit? why not other sites?... Honestly... I don't know why deviantart replaced the button "Take down" for "View NTF"... I don't want to see it, I wanted to take down... I'll not extended myself about that... The thing what I wanted to share with you is a site I'm registred since 2 or maybe 3 years ago, this site is called Pixsy. I don't know so much about this site, but as a free account I'm able to see where my art is selling, shared, etc, also for example, if you gave permission to anyone, you can press the button ignore, when you want to take down your art thief you need to
